· Confirmation emails will be sent to the provided email address. If you input the wrong email address or change accounts, it may make it difficult to assist you in the future.

· If you've correctly entered your email address, but haven't received a verification email, please check your spam folder.

· Pre-registration rewards (coupons) can only be used once per account.

· Coupons can be entered on the official 'ASTRA: Knights of Veda' website, and more details about their distribution and usage will be announced separately in the future.

· Refusing to consent to the collection and use of personal information during the pre-registration process will void your entry, and you will not receive the pre-registration reward coupon.

· If you impersonate another person's email address during the sign-up process, your participation in the event may be restricted.

· You can withdraw your entry from the event by contacting our Customer Support center and opening a 1:1 inquiry through the 'ASTRA: Knights of Veda' official website.

· When withdrawing your pre-registration entry, collected personal information will be deleted immediately, and you will not receive further notifications or benefits.

· Dates and Details are subject to change depending on the mitigating circumstances.
